While the North-eastern States of India, like Manipur, Mizoram, and Shillong, is known predominantly for football and or sometimes the football factory of India.

When it goes to big states like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamilnadu, you’ll find people who love cricket. Meanwhile, you’ll also find people very interested in playing Hockey, Kabadi, in some Northern states of India like Punjab, Haryana, and Odisha.

As per the Times of India report, in 2012, once ten-year-old Aishwarya Parashar filed an RTI to confirm her doubts about the national game of India. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports swiftly response to her query and confirmed that it had not declared any official sport of play as the national game of India.
Now we live in 2021, and still, we don’t have any game as the national game of India like Baseball for America.
